Services for children and families in difficulty started in May, 1999.

Youth services are provided through a Youth Center named “RIEMAR”.

The Daily Centre “Hena e re” (New Moon in English) has started its functioning in March 8, 2003.

Starting from territory’s needs and the high level of unemployment in the city of Elbasan, Tjeter Vizion began to provide a vast range of services related to vocational training and training on the job
